About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Product Designer to join our team at Formula.Monks, a global consulting firm specializing in AI-powered transformations for Fortune 100 companies. As a Product Designer, you'll play a crucial role in crafting visually compelling user experiences and ensuring design consistency across various working environments.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement UI/UX strategies to create engaging and intuitive user experiences.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams and decision-makers to ensure design consistency at scale.
  3. Conduct product/app experience evaluations, leveraging best practices and data insights.
  4. Utilize tools such as Sketch and/or Figma for day-to-day design tasks.
  5. Drive the discovery process to identify user needs and inform design decisions.
  6. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
  1. 8+ years of relevant work experience.
  2. Proven proficiency in enterprise environments, focusing on product/app design.
  3. Expertise in Sketch and/or Figma.
  4. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  5. Independent, self-driven, and capable of working with minimal oversight.
