Serás responsable de asegurar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones fiscales tanto a nivel nacional como distrital, proporcionando las mejores alternativas estratégicas para la planeación y ejecución de las políticas tributarias.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Gestionar y supervisar la declaración de impuestos a nivel nacional y distrital.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de la normativa y reglamentación tributaria vigente.
  • Revisar y analizar los datos fiscales para garantizar la precisión y conformidad.
  • Proporcionar asesoramiento estratégico en materia de impuestos, buscando las mejores alternativas para la empresa.
  • Desarrollar y ejecutar acciones para el cumplimiento de la presentación de impuestos nacionales y distritales.
  • Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el Director de impuestos y con otros departamentos para alinear las estrategias fiscales con los objetivos del negocio.
  • Preparar informes detallados y reportar directamente a la alta dirección.
  • Mantenerse actualizado sobre los cambios en la legislación y reglamentación tributaria.
  • Supervisar y liderar el equipo de impuestos, promoviendo un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo y eficiente.
  • Gestionar proyectos y procesos utilizando habilidades avanzadas en Excel.

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Título universitario en Contaduría con especialización 
  • Amplia experiencia en gestión tributaria, con un enfoque en impuestos nacionales y distritales.
  • Conocimiento profundo de la normatividad y reglamentación tributaria vigente en Colombia.
  • Habilidad para revisar y analizar información fiscal de manera detallada y precisa.
  • Capacidad para desarrollar estrategias fiscales efectivas y eficientes.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y planeación
  • Bilingüe (inglés/español), con habilidades de comunicación efectivas tanto escritas como verbales.
  • Habilidades directivas y de liderazgo, con capacidad para gestionar equipos y proyectos.
  • Dominio avanzado de Excel
