En Precision + /   Bogotá . estamos en la búsqueda de un Data Science Analyst , con experiencia de 1 a 2 años de experiencia laboral desarrollando modelos analíticos utilizando técnicas estadísticas y machine learning. Profesional en ciencias exactas como economía, estadística o Ingenerías.

Con experiencia en lenguajes de programación Python, R y SQL, conocimiento en interfaces API, herramientas de visualización (Data studio, Datorama, Power BI).

Deseable que cuente con inglés B1-B2.

Requisitos

Estará a cargo de: 

Desarrollar modelos de aprendizaje automático y métodos analíticos. Realizar y presentar de manera clara el análisis ad-hoc de los resultados de los modelos desarrollados de acuerdo a las necesidades del negocio. Articular y defender la solución analítica frente a las partes interesadas del negocio, de acuerdo al análisis estadístico y /o programación realizada. Trabaja con el Data Engineer para diseñar y aplicar procedimientos estadísticos de calidad de datos, de acuerdo con el gobierno de datos. Visualizar y comunicar los resultados de los datos de forma creativa en diferentes formatos visuales que proporcionen información adecuada a los clientes. Mantenerse actualizado en Data Mining ,garantizando el uso de métodos innovadores. Tomar muestras de bases de datos y garantizar la limpieza y procesamiento de los mismos, con el fin de realizar el despliegue de los modelos. Analizar grandes cantidades de datos y pequeños data set en profundidad, de forma eficiente y sistemática. Cumplir y adoptar todas las politicas, procesos y procedimientos en cuanto a talento humano, laboral, finanzas, Tecnología, administrativo, legal y demás establecidos por la compañía a nivel Local y Global.  Asistir a los programas de capacitación, formación y desarrollo definidas por la compañía. Cumplir con los procesos administrativos de talento humano, relacionados con el reporte de novedades de nómina: soportes de incapacidades, vacaciones, información de ausentismos, entregas de puestos y paz y salvos, entre otros, de acuerdo con los tiempos definidos por la compañía. Cumplir, promover y dar ejemplo de los valores y atributos de la cultura Publicis Groupe garantizando la armonia y sinergia dentro del equipo de trabajo, con fundamento en el respeto y valor por la diferencia.
