Join our dynamic team at Arthur J. Gallagher as a Bilingual Customer Care Advisor, where you'll play a crucial role in our fast-paced claims department. This exciting opportunity allows you to handle claims inquiries, resolve customer concerns, and answer questions without the need for a license. Your primary responsibilities will include providing updates on claim statuses and efficiently directing calls to the appropriate claim staff. How You'll Make An Impact

  • Demonstrate outstanding listening skills while exhibiting excellent customer service, patience, and empathy to promote the company reputation of integrity.
  • Answer incoming phone inquiries from clients, claimants and medical providers about claims information.
  • Forward calls as needed to Resolution Managers and claims staff.
  • Prevent and defuse situations through research, customer education and exploring alternative solutions to ensure a successful resolution.

About You

  • Advanced English level (Advanced B2 minimum required).
  • Strong typing skills and basic computer knowledge.
  • Availability to handle calls and work on claims-related issues.
  • 1 year of previous experience in contact center or customer support roles.
  • Training will be delivered On Site / Operations will be handled in a Hybrid model
