Customer Service Representative / Logistic Coordinator
experimentado/a y proactivo/a para supervisar y asegurar el seguimiento eficiente de las cargas de camiones de carga completa (FTL) que se transportan por Estados Unidos y Canadá.


Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Monitoreo de Cargas: Supervisar el estado y la ubicación de las cargas en tránsito, asegurando entregas a tiempo.
  • Comunicación: Mantener contacto constante con conductores, transportistas y miembros del equipo para brindar actualizaciones en tiempo real.
  • Gestión de Incidencias: Coordinar soluciones inmediatas para minimizar interrupciones en el servicio.
  • Documentación: Mantener registros precisos de comunicaciones, incidencias y actualizaciones.
  • Cumplimiento Normativo: Asegurar que todas las operaciones cumplan con las regulaciones de transporte de EE. UU. y Canadá.


¿Qué Buscamos?

  • Nivel avanzado de inglés (hablado y escrito).
  • Experiencia previa en logística, transporte o roles similares.
  • Habilidad para trabajar bajo presión y resolver problemas de manera efectiva.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.

Customer Service Representative / Logistic Coordinator
to oversee and ensure the efficient tracking of full truckload (FTL) shipments across the United States and Canada.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Load Monitoring: Track the status and location of shipments in transit, ensuring on-time deliveries.
  • Communication: Maintain constant contact with drivers, carriers, and team members to provide real-time updates.
  • Issue Management: Coordinate immediate solutions to minimize service disruptions.
  • Documentation: Keep accurate records of communications, incidents, and shipment updates.
  • Compliance: Ensure all operations meet U.S. and Canadian transportation regulations and safety standards.


What We're Looking For:

  • Advanced English level (spoken and written).
  • Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or similar roles.
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
