Beyond The BoxSocial Media Manager / Content Creator (Remote)

Full-Time or Part-Time | Remote | $8-$10/US Dollar per hour

A confidential employer is seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Social Media Manager & Content Creator to lead digital content strategy across multiple platforms. This role is perfect for someone who loves storytelling, understands current trends, and knows how to grow and engage online communities.

This is a remote role with flexible scheduling, ideal for a self-starter who wants ownership of content planning, creation, and performance analytics.

What You'll Do
  • Plan, create, and schedule content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Produce engaging posts, captions, short-form videos, and graphics that align with brand voice and goals.
  • Manage a content calendar and maintain consistent posting schedules.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build community presence.
  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and provide insights or recommendations.
  • Stay up to date with social trends, audio trends, hashtags, and platform updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams or clients to gather content, understand goals, and refine messaging.
  • Assist with digital campaigns, email content, or light branding tasks as needed.
  • Help create social media SOPs for marketing. Collaborate with Team members in content handoff and creation
  • Execute content deliverables onto such platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of organic social strategy and platform best practices.
  • Experience creating short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
  • Ability to edit videos and graphics using mobile apps or tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, etc.
  • Excellent writing, grammar, and creative storytelling skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and adapt quickly to changes.
