**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and growth-focused Social Media Manager to join our team. This role requires someone who can not only craft compelling content but also build and execute a cohesive social media strategy that enhances our brand presence, engages our audience, and drives business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a robust social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.
- Create and curate engaging content for various social platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Monitor analytics to identify viable ideas, understand audience preferences, and report on ROI.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
- Oversee social media accounts' layout, considering our brand's image and standards.
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Hands-on experience in content management.
- Excellent copywriting skills.
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of online marketing channels.
- Familiarity with web design and publishing.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Analytical and multitasking skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field.
