Who You AreAs a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be part of a dedicated MAS Global team supporting the modernization, scalability, and expansion of enterprise web applications for one of our key global clients. You'll lead by example — setting development standards, driving best practices, contributing to architecture decisions, and ensuring technical excellence across the team.
You will work across the full stack, building high-performance user interfaces with React, Vite, and , while developing reliable, secure backend services with .NET and Python. You'll collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions that integrate seamlessly with SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, and Dataverse.
- Drive the design, development, and delivery of full-stack features using React, Vite, , .NET, and Python.
- Oversee the creation of scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions that support complex enterprise requirements.
- Develop high-quality, reusable frontend components and performant backend services/APIs.
- Ensure seamless data integration with SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, and Dataverse across multiple systems.Define coding standards, enforce best practices, and conduct code reviews to maintain technical excellence.
- Collaborate closely with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability across the stack.
- Contribute to cloud architecture and deployment strategies using Microsoft Azure.
- Enhance CI/CD pipelines and automation to accelerate delivery and increase system stability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in production and development environments.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Maintain clear technical documentation and contribute to architectural decision records.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Frontend: React, Vite, , HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Backend: .NET, Python.
- Databases: SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, Dataverse.
- Cloud & DevOps: Microsoft Azure, Git, CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, component-based architecture, and clean code principles.
- Proven experience building scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise applications
