Who You AreAs a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be part of a dedicated MAS Global team supporting the modernization, scalability, and expansion of enterprise web applications for one of our key global clients. You'll lead by example — setting development standards, driving best practices, contributing to architecture decisions, and ensuring technical excellence across the team.
You will work across the full stack, building high-performance user interfaces with React, Vite, and , while developing reliable, secure backend services with .NET and Python. You'll collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions that integrate seamlessly with SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, and Dataverse.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications.
- Collaborate with team members to define architecture and technical solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.
- Explore and evaluate new tools, frameworks, and technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack.
- Continuously improve application performance, scalability, and security.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in software development.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React) and back-end frameworks (e.g., .NET, Python).
- Experience with databases (SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, Dataverse).
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for learning.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience with cloud platforms (especially Microsoft Azure).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
- Interest in data-driven development and experimentation.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Familiarity with modern web frameworks and tools such as Vite and
