Who You Are

You are a detail-oriented Senior Advanced Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Java and modern frontend frameworks. You enjoy solving complex problems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and building clean, maintainable, and scalable solutions. You thrive in Agile environments and take ownership of your work from start to finish.

Core Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java and React, Angular, or Vue.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, QA, UX, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality features.
  • Write clean, reusable, and well-tested code following MAS Global engineering standards.
  • Contribute to architecture discussions and propose scalable technical solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews and support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Troubleshoot issues across the stack and optimize performance when needed.
  • Ensure alignment with best practices, security guidelines, and project requirements.

Required Skills Must Have:
  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer, working on large-scale, enterprise-level applications.
  • Java (backend development: APIs, microservices, enterprise systems).
  • Strong frontend experience with React, Angular, or Vue
