Una reconocida institución de educación superior en Colombia busca un/a Coordinador/a de Éxito Estudiantil para diseñar e implementar estrategias de acompañamiento académico y profesional, con foco en la retención y el logro de metas de los estudiantes.

¿A quién buscamos?

Profesional con experiencia en asesoría académica, orientación vocacional o programas de retención estudiantil (excluyente).

Dominio de analítica de datos para identificar riesgos académicos y proponer planes de acción personalizados.

Habilidades para diseñar estrategias de acompañamiento integral (académico, profesional y personal).

Conocimiento en herramientas de seguimiento digital, CRM educativo o plataformas de gestión del estudiante.

Excelentes capacidades de comunicación, empatía y trabajo colaborativo con diferentes áreas (admisiones, docentes, bienestar).

Esta búsqueda también nos permitirá ampliar nuestra red de profesionales comprometidos con la innovación en el acompañamiento y éxito estudiantil en Colombia.
