Responsabilidades

  • Atender y diagnosticar los casos escalados por el equipo de First Contact, analizando la causa raíz y brindando solución funcional o técnica según los lineamientos del producto, realizando pruebas de validación y documentación de resultados.
  • Hacer seguimiento a los incidentes críticos y realizar el reporte a las áreas correspondientes.
  • Apoyar la actualización de manuales funcionales, procedimientos y base de conocimiento.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos o en la herramienta para optimizar la experiencia del usuario.
  • Realizar las actualizaciones de versión de software

Requisitos

  • Tecnólogo o profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Informática, Software o carreras afines.
  • Uno a dos años de experiencia en soporte técnico o funcional de software.
  • Competencias de orientación al cliente, orientación a resultados, trabajo colaborativo, comunicación efectiva, proactividad, resolución de problemas.

Conocimientos

  • Manejo de herramientas de gestión de tickets (Jira, Freshdesk, OTRS, etc.).
  • Manejo básico/intermedio de SQL (consultas, validaciones, debugging).
  • Análisis de logs o trazas de error.
  • Conocimientos básicos en servicios web (APIs REST/SOAP).
  • Comprensión general de entornos de desarrollo y despliegue (Dev, QA, Prod)
  • Uso de herramientas de colaboración (Teams, Confluence, etc.).
