En OlimpIA buscamos a una persona detallista, organizada y comprometida con la exactitud, que quiera ser parte de un equipo que impulsa la excelencia en la gestión del talento.

Tu propósito será
ejecutar y apoyar los procesos operativos y administrativos relacionados con la nómina
, asegurando el registro oportuno de novedades, el control de incapacidades, la correcta liquidación de contratos y la actualización de información del personal, cumpliendo con la normatividad laboral vigente.

Tu rol será clave para:

  • Registrar y actualizar novedades de personal (ingresos, retiros, incapacidades, vacaciones, préstamos, cambios de afiliaciones, entre otros) en el sistema ERP de nómina, asegurando la integridad y oportunidad de la información.
  • Controlar y hacer seguimiento a incapacidades médicas, gestionando el recobro ante las entidades correspondientes y manteniendo actualizados los soportes.
  • Procesar y validar liquidaciones de contrato, garantizando el cumplimiento de la legislación laboral y las políticas internas.
  • Elaborar informes e indicadores de nómina, personal activo, retiros y novedades para apoyar la toma de decisiones del área de Talento Humano.
  • Apoyar la organización y control documental (archivos físicos y digitales, soportes, auditorías o reportes internos).

Lo que necesitarás:

  • Ser profesional en
    Contaduría Pública, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines
    .
  • Mínimo 2 años
    de experiencia en procesos operativos de nómina y gestión de incapacidades en empresas medianas o grandes.

Conocimientos en:

  • Legislación laboral, seguridad social y régimen tributario.
  • Procesos de liquidación y contabilización de nómina y prestaciones sociales.
  • Manejo de software de nómina (deseable
    Heinsohn
    o similares).
  • Excel intermedio-avanzado
    (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas y validaciones).

  • Atención al detalle, responsabilidad y confidencialidad.
  • Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y cumplir con cronogramas.
  • Orientación al servicio y trabajo en equipo.
