Role Objective

Lead the human resources and payroll strategy, aligning talent practices with business goals. This role is critical to ensuring operational efficiency, a strong organizational culture, and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilitie
s

  • Design and implement the HR strategy
    : development, retention, and succession planning.
  • Oversee end-to-end payroll operations
    : calculations, payments, reporting, audits, and legal compliance.
  • Lead HR and payroll teams
    across multiple sites, fostering synergy and operational excellence.
  • Manage labor relations
    : union negotiations, conflict resolution, and organizational climate.
  • Ensure legal compliance
    in labor law, social security, and compensation practices.
  • Drive digital transformation
    of HR processes through automation and data analytics.
  • Act as a strategic partner
    to senior leadership in decisions around structure, culture, and talent.
  • Monitor HR KPIs
    : turnover, absenteeism, performance, satisfaction, and efficiency.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Law, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
  • Minimum 8 years of leadership experience in HR and payroll, ideally within BPO or high-turnover environments.
  • Deep knowledge of Colombian labor law and payroll systems.
  • Proven experience in digital transformation of HR processes.
  • Intermediate to advanced English.
  • Strong leadership, communication, strategic thinking, and change management skills.
