We are looking for a bilingual digital marketing professional. In this position you will be part of a backend team that makes all the magic happen. Your job will be to schedule social media, edit graphics and work on clients WordPress websites updating content and doing basic SEO.

In this role you will need to have organizational skills, as well as the ability to be a little creative. The primary role is to schedule content, cross link it properly and make sure it's error free. You will be responsible for finding and editing images for client social profiles and their websites.

We do things a little differently, so willingness to learn, adapt and problem solve are key elements that will make sure you do well in this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client content calendars and ensure timely posting schedules.
  • Schedule and publish content across various social media platforms
  • Edit custom graphics and images (Photoshop or Canva).
  • Assist in writing compelling captions and messaging tailored to each platform and target audience.
  • Upload content to WordPress, ensuring formatting consistency and performing basic on-site SEO tasks such as internal linking and writing meta descriptions.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of WordPress (Elementor editor) would be ideal.
  • Experience working with social platforms and 3rd party scheduling tools
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, ability to edit and write in both languages.
  • Basic understanding of various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok) and their respective audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent time-management skills, things change quickly, and we need to be able to adapt and accommodate.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Understanding task management software for efficient workflow management and collaboration.
