Compensation

• Monthly base:

What You'll Be Responsible For

You will lead content strategy
end to end
, combining creativity, structure, and analytics:

• Develop high-performing, data-backed video ideas aligned with each client's audience and positioning.
• Write clear, persuasive,
  word-for-word scripts
  for YouTube and social media.
• Analyze trends, performance metrics, and competitors to propose continuous improvements and strategic shifts.
• Own and execute
  YouTube SEO
  (keywords, titles, descriptions, tagging).
• Publish and optimize content across platforms following best practices.
• Review and quality-control all creative deliverables, ensuring editors and designers execute the strategy accurately.
• Train and guide the creative team on storytelling, hooks, pacing, and retention.
• Manage timelines and workflows to ensure on-time delivery.
• Engage with audiences by managing comments and community interactions.
• Act as a point of contact for clients, providing updates, answering questions, and maintaining strong relationships.
