Hiring: Accountant & Finance Manager (Remote – Colombia)

This is a unique opportunity to lead the full financial and accounting operation for an international business—while working remotely from Bogotá.

We're looking for a
hands-on, detail-driven, and analytical Accountant & Finance Manager
who can own the end-to-end accounting cycle, ensure financial accuracy, strengthen internal controls, and provide strategic visibility through high-quality financial reporting.

What You'll Lead

As the accounting and finance backbone of the company, you will:

  • Manage the full accounting cycle: bookkeeping supervision, monthly closings, reconciliations, and financial statements.
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation of all financial transactions.
  • Prepare financial reports (cash flow, P&L, balance sheet, cost reports, forecasts).
  • Strengthen internal controls and implement best practices for efficiency and compliance.
  • Coordinate directly with the U.S. tax advisory firm, providing required documentation and supporting regulatory processes.
  • Support senior management with financial insights, analysis, and recommendations.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across financial processes and tools, including optimization of QuickBooks.


What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
  • 4–6 years of experience
    in full-cycle accounting and financial management.
  • Proven expertise using
    QuickBooks Online
    (non-negotiable).
  • Experience working with U.S. companies or international clients (highly valued).
  • Advanced English—spoken and written.
  • Strong analytical judgment, impeccable attention to detail, and ability to manage high-responsibility tasks.
  • A proactive, reliable, and highly organized professional who thrives leading processes independently.
