We're Hiring: Accountant – ContactPoint 360 Colombia
At ContactPoint 360 we're growing our Finance team and we're looking for a
detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive Accountant
to support financial reporting, tax compliance, and strategic financial analysis for our Colombian operation.
What you'll do
Prepare monthly & annual financial statements
Lead tax filings and compliance with national & district regulations
Analyze financial performance & build projections
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Ensure accuracy in accounting records, payroll interfaces & reconciliations
Collaborate with internal teams during audits
Strengthen internal controls and documentation
What we're looking for
- Professional in Public Accounting with active professional license
- 3+ years of experience in accounting roles
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Advanced Excel & solid command of accounting systems
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and decision-making capability
- Strong communication and teamwork
