**Remote Position**

We are a fast-paced, multi-specialty medical practice seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and energetic Patient Care Coordinator to join our dynamic remote team. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter who thrives in a demanding environment, is passionate about patient care, and can keep pace with a busy, growing practice.

We are looking for someone who is on their game every day — sharp, organized, proactive, and ready to take ownership of their role. If you are reliable, resourceful, and able to think quickly on your feet, we want you on our team.

Preferred Background: Medical Doctor, Nurse, or strong prior medical experience.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the frontline connection between patients, doctors, and staff, ensuring smooth communication and care coordination.
  • Manage high-volume phone calls, scheduling, and patient inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
  • Prepare and update charts, medical records, and EHR files with flawless accuracy.
  • Handle faxing, uploading, emailing, and distribution of critical medical documents in a timely manner.
  • Arrange and send orders for imaging, labs, and procedures, and retrieve outside reports and records as needed.
  • Support physicians and patients with efficient follow-up, scheduling, and care coordination.
  • Keep the practice running efficiently by staying organized, punctual, and proactive.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing is a must).
  • A proven track record in patient care coordination, medical administration, or healthcare-related roles.
  • Strong medical knowledge — orthopedic spine and extremity experience is a major plus.
  • Unmatched attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, outgoing, and professional personality with strong social perceptiveness and patient orientation.
  • Tech-savvy: Proficiency with Mac, MS Office, EHR systems, and medical office management software.
