Job Description
We're seeking an
Associate JAVA/Selenium Automation Quality Engineer
to join our QA team and contribute hands-on to the design, development, and execution of automated testing solutions across high-impact projects.
This role is ideal for an Automation Engineer
strongly hands-on in Java
, comfortable writing automation code from scratch, and motivated to continue growing technically — while being open to adopting
AI-assisted testing tools and modern QA practices
.
Qualifications
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with a strong focus on automated testing.
Hands-on Java expertise is required:
Solid understanding of Collections, OOP, Streams, exception handling, generics, and debugging.
Ability to write Java automation code from scratch, not just maintain existing scripts.
Practical experience using Selenium WebDriver for UI automation.
- Experience working with automation frameworks (e.g., POM, modular test design, reusable utilities).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into build processes.
- Understanding of QA methodologies, Agile delivery, and basic API testing concepts.
- Comfortable working in collaborative, fast-paced engineering environments.
- Clear communication skills and a strong learning mindset.
Set Yourself Apart With
- Experience or curiosity around AI-assisted testing tools, test generation, or intelligent test optimization.
- Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with API testing tools or basic performance testing.
- Scripting experience in Python.
- QA or automation-related certifications.
