At LHH Recruitment Solutions, we are pleased to present an exciting opportunity for an Ecommerce Analytics Manager to join a leading multinational company.

This role is ideal for a strategic, data-driven professional with strong experience in the e-commerce sector, who is passionate about transforming data into actionable insights that drive business performance.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Analytics, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or related fields; Master's degree preferred.

  • 7–10 years of experience in analytics, preferably within eCommerce or CPG environments.

  • Proven experience in the e-commerce industry is required.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central or similar e-commerce platforms.

  • Six Sigma or Lean certification is preferred.

  • High proficiency in SQL, Python or R, Power BI, Databricks, Excel Macros, or similar analytics tools.

  • Experience with SAP S/4 HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is a plus.

  • Advanced English proficiency (B2+ to C1).

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: COP 8,000,000 – 10,000,000 (gross) + competitive benefits package.

Work modality: Hybrid.
