We're looking for Bilingual technical support experts to provide the basic support to different devices, in specific devices LOW END, and to solve the different issues about Epson products. Which are the following: Projectors /Scanners /Printers
Your Role
As a Bilingual Technical Support Expert, you will:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Identify customer needs and offer personalized solutions.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
Education and Work Experience Requirement:
- Basic knowledge regarding Technology Support – Hardware
- Preferred: Technical or Technological degree
- Preferred: 6 months of experience in Customer Service or Contact center experience
Skills & Qualities:
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Conditions:
- English B2 (80% fluency)
- 42 hours per week
- Schedules: Training: Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 17:00pm / Operations: 9:00am to 18:00pm Weekends off
- Salary Training: COP $ / Operations: COP $ performance bonuses
- Location: Work from home
