Tu rol:
Como SSA Technical, deberás:
- Brindar soporte técnico de nivel 2 y 3 a socios comerciales y empresas pequeñas o medianas (B2B).
- Diagnosticar y resolver incidencias en productos y servicios: Modern Workplace, Data & BI, Apps & Infrastructure y Business Applications.
- Colaborar con equipos internos de reconocida empresa de tecnología para resolver casos complejos.
- Participar en procesos de Renewals (renovación de licencias o servicios).
Lo que buscamos:
- Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ciencias de la Computación o carreras afines.
- Inglés B2+ - C1 (indispensable).
- Conocimiento en Modern Workplace, Data & BI, Apps & Infra, Business Applications.
- Experiencia mínima de 3 meses en soporte técnico, front desk o customer care.
