What are we looking for?
A Technical Lead
with over
5 years of experience
who combines exceptional technical mastery with an innate ability to inspire people. The ideal profile is an expert in the
TypeScript, NodeJS, and Angular
ecosystem, integrating solid engineering principles with a
DevOps
mindset to scale complex systems. We need someone with deep experience in
Amazon Web Services (AWS)
and APIs (REST/GraphQL) who knows how to successfully navigate agile continuous delivery environments.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership and direction to a cross-functional engineering team to deliver high-quality SaaS products iteratively.
  • Mentor and motivate software engineers, UX designers, and cloud specialists to reach their full professional potential.
  • Design robust, secure, and scalable technical solutions using modern architectures and engineering best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management and UX to ensure technical feasibility and efficiency in the delivery of every feature.
  • Promote a culture of total quality through the implementation of test automation, deployments, and application monitoring.
  • Lead continuous improvement of delivery processes, identifying bottlenecks and optimizing the team's workflow.
  • Act as a technical point of contact for stakeholders and external providers, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent technological discipline.

Experience:
Solid track record in designing and scaling complex systems, with demonstrable experience leading technical teams under Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in TypeScript and NodeJS (NestJS highly desirable).
  • Expert experience in frontend frameworks (Angular, React, or ).
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) and cloud-based architectures.
  • Design and consumption of APIs (REST and GraphQL).
  • Management of SQL databases and NoSQL technologies.
  • CI/CD tools and release automation.
  • Software design principles (SOLID, Clean Code, Architecture Patterns).
