Technical SEO & UX Lead

English B2+ or C1 (only)

Salary: $1,700 USD

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical SEO & UX Lead with a sharp eye for design and a deep understanding of search engine optimization and user experience. This role is responsible for building and refining high-converting, SEO-driven websites for lead-generation businesses. The ideal candidate can balance aesthetics with performance, ensuring every page is visually clean, fast, and structurally optimized for both rankings and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with SEO, design, and development teams to create SEO-optimized, conversion-focused website template layouts
  • Define page structure, header hierarchy, and scalable UX patterns that support rankings and lead flow
  • Implement and maintain structured data and schema for service-based businesses
  • Perform full technical SEO and UX quality assurance on staging sites prior to launch
  • Work closely with designers and developers to ensure clean code, fast load times, and consistent user experience
  • Optimize existing pages for improved rankings, performance, and usability
  • Identify and resolve technical SEO issues related to site structure, crawlability, and indexation

Requirements:

  • Strong technical SEO expertise including site architecture, internal linking, crawlability, and header structure
  • Solid understanding of mobile-first UX principles for lead-generation websites
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to quickly detect structural and design issues
  • Proven ability to collaborate across SEO, content, design, and development teams
  • Familiarity with schema markup and modern SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and GA4
  • Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality
  • English level B2+ or C1

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with home services websites, CRO tools, wireframing, and HTML/CSS
