What the Role is About

Be part of our client's team as a
CMO - Head of Project
, where you will own the brand's growth engine, oversee content and positioning, and lead cross-functional operations with a P&L mindset. You'll shape strategy, guide a top-tier team, and execute marketing that balances creativity with clinical precision.

Your Work Setup

Employment type: Indefinite term contract

Shift: Morning shift (07:00 AM - 04:00 PM)

Work setup: Onsite, Calle 97A Bogotá

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years in consumer/growth (beauty/skin or health strongly preferred)
  • Licensed esthetician (or equivalent depth) strongly preferred
  • Proven team leadership and launch experience
  • Tools-fluent (
    Meta/FB ecosystem, GA4/Mixpanel, Klaviyo/HubSpot, Notion/Jira, Figma
    )
  • Clear writer and data-driven storyteller with a bias for execution

What You'll Do

  • Build the growth engine: community, lifecycle, partnerships, referrals/affiliates, and paid channels
  • Own all content across FB groups, app, email/SMS, and site; manage content calendar and QA
  • Define positioning and messaging ("skin-minimalist, clinical, transparent") across touchpoints
  • Establish operating cadence: OKRs, weekly sprints, KPI dashboards, and cross-functional rituals
  • Partner with engineering on AI-driven tools like routine builders and product-match flows
  • Launch creator/KOL and affiliate programs with a "no hype, real results" approach
  • Hire, coach, and scale a small A-team; fill gaps directly as needed
  • Manage P&L: forecast, budget, measure, and optimize investments
