Head of Sales
que lidere y coordine a nuestro equipo de Sales, impulsando el rendimiento y asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales.
Responsabilidades:
- Desarrollar e implementar estrategias comerciales efectivas junto con su equipo.
- Establecer y asignar objetivos de ventas, optimizando recursos y presupuestos.
- Liderar y motivar al equipo, proporcionando capacitación y apoyo continuo.
- Gestionar el presupuesto de ventas, supervisando gastos y realizando ajustes estratégicos.
- Analizar datos de ventas para identificar oportunidades de mejora y ajustar estrategias.
- Colaborar con clientes estratégicos, entendiendo sus necesidades y fortaleciendo relaciones.
- Desarrollar materiales educativos, incluyendo presentaciones, pitch comercial y casos de éxito.
- Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y mercados potenciales.
- Definir indicadores de desempeño para los AE & BDRs, incluyendo métricas de proceso que permitan anticipar posibles incumplimientos.
Requisitos:
- Profesional en carreras administrativas
- Mínimo 4 años de experiencia liderando y gestionando equipos comerciales.
- Deseable experiencia previa en empresas del sector SaaS.
