Write your way to commission checks. Think your way to performance bonuses. Location: Carrera 7 #116-50 Office 04-123, Bogotá
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM
Compensation:

  • Base: COP 2,600,000 - 3,000,000/month
  • Commission: COP 100,000 per attended meeting
  • Performance Bonuses: Hit 70+ shows or 60%+ show rates and unlock additional incentives
This isn't a script-reading job. This is a thinking job. We're looking for someone who gets excited about words that work. Someone who can figure out what makes an American business owner pick up the phone or reply to an email. You'll be crafting your own phone scripts and email sequences to book qualified sales meetings with U.S. prospects.   • 130 qualified appointments set
  • 65+ prospects showing up (that's a 50% show rate - we track this)
  • 120–150 daily dials with strong talk-time and conversion
  • Continuously better messaging based on what's actually working
You'll report to our Australian based Global Growth Officer and work directly with our founder. Fast feedback. Real impact. What you need to bring Must-haves:
  • Advanced English (C1 or higher - you need to sound natural, confident, and persuasive with American prospects
  • Copywriting ability - please include writing samples when you apply
  • Sales or business development experience (BDR, SDR, BPO, or similar)
  • Proven ability to write emails or scripts that converted - we want to see what you've built before
  • Understanding of persuasion principles - pain points, value props, objection handling
  • Data-driven mindset - you track what works and optimize based on metrics
  • Comfortable with U.S. business communication style
Bonus points:
  • Experience with copywriting frameworks (PAS, AIDA, BAB)
  • Previous cold calling experience into U.S./North American B2B markets
  • Background in marketing, communications, or creative writing
  • Email automation tool experience
  • Portfolio of cold emails/scripts with measurable results
  • CRM system familiarity
  • Understanding of different industry verticals and how to tailor messaging
