El
Especialista en Reclamaciones de Compensación Laboral
es responsable de gestionar y procesar las reclamaciones relacionadas con lesiones o enfermedades laborales para una Organización Profesional de Empleadores (PEO) a nivel nacional. Trabaja con empleadores, empleados, proveedores médicos y ajustadores de aseguradoras para garantizar que las reclamaciones se gestionen de manera oportuna y adecuada, y comunica eficazmente los beneficios de los programas de reincorporación laboral a los empleadores en caso de reclamaciones por tiempo perdido. Realiza investigaciones y análisis de reclamaciones complejas o controvertidas, y colabora con asesores externos en la resolución de reclamaciones litigadas.
Horario:
Lunes a Viernes de 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Full weekends off)

Habilidades y cualificaciones - Habilidades duras y blandas:
· Mínimo de cinco años de experiencia en el manejo de reclamos de compensación laboral. · Mantiene un conocimiento práctico de los requisitos jurisdiccionales y la jurisprudencia aplicable para cada estado atendido. · Sólido conocimiento de la terminología médica/de seguros relacionada con la compensación laboral. · Habilidades comprobadas de pensamiento crítico que demuestran análisis/juicio y toma de decisiones acertadas con enfoque.
