Horario: Lunes a viernes, de 9:00 AM a 6:00 PM CST (10:00 AM a 7:00 PM hora Colombia)

Nivel educativo requerido: Bachillerato (High School Diploma)

Nivel de inglés requerido: Avanzado (9.0 – 10.0)

Descripción del puesto

Este rol es fundamental para garantizar que los pacientes sean programados correctamente para sus citas y procedimientos, brindando una experiencia excepcional en cada interacción. Responsabilidades

  • Providing our patients with an above-and-beyond experience with every interaction.
  • Scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling patient appointments as required.
  • Answering patients' questions regarding basic medical tests and procedures.
  • Providing instructions to patients to ensure that they are prepared for examinations and procedures.
  • Confirming patient appointments.
  • Courteously receive incoming telephone calls and receive/respond to messages as needed.
  • Explaining financial requirements and obligations to patients and entering payments into the practice management system.
  • Scheduling referral appointments and follow-ups.
  • Verifying insurance details and informing patients of uncovered fees.
  • Filing documents.

Requisitos

Formación y experiencia:

Bachillerato (High School Diploma).

Experiencia previa en atención al cliente en entornos médicos (medical setting).

Conocimiento básico del sistema de seguros médicos en EE. UU. (requisito).

Habilidades técnicas:

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Proficient in computer navigation and systems.

Basic understanding of English medical terminology.

Basic understanding of United States health insurance.

Habilidades blandas:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Good telephone etiquette.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish immediate rapport with patients.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
