Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about making a difference in people's lives? We're looking for a HomeCare Scheduler to help us deliver exceptional care by ensuring smooth and efficient scheduling for patients and caregivers.

• Coordinate daily schedules for nurses, caregivers, and therapists.
• Communicate with patients, families, and staff to confirm appointments and resolve conflicts.
• Respond quickly to last-minute changes and ensure full shift coverage.
• Keep calendars updated in real time using scheduling software.
• Work closely with HR and operations to match staffing with patient needs.
• Maintain compliance with labor laws and healthcare regulations.

Experience: Minimum 6 months in HomeCare Scheduling (or strong healthcare scheduling experience).

Skills:

• Proficiency in scheduling software (ClearCare, AlayaCare, HomeTrak, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of U.S. homecare systems and terminology.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Language: Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
