What are we looking for?
A
Senior Software Engineer
with a strong
full-stack background
who is passionate about building high-quality SaaS products in an agile and collaborative environment. You enjoy working across front-end and back-end technologies, contributing to technical decisions, and continuously improving both code and processes.

In this role, you will help design, develop, and maintain
scalable, secure, and high-performing applications
that directly support customers in the construction industry. You'll work closely with Product, UX, QA, and Cloud teams, combining autonomy with strong collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end and back-end solutions for SaaS products.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, QA, and Cloud Engineers to deliver valuable features.
• Contribute to technical design and architecture decisions within the team.
• Implement clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following engineering best practices.
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
• Ensure software quality through testing, automation, and collaboration with DevOps teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the application lifecycle.
• Share knowledge and contribute to a strong, collaborative engineering culture.

Requirements
Essential

• Experience in full stack development using JavaScript / TypeScript.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of (NestJS / ) and Angular.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Solid understanding of modern front-end development practices.
• Experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
• Working knowledge of AWS or similar cloud platforms.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience working in an Agile / Scrum environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication.
• Advanced level of English is mandatory

Desirable

• Experience building or maintaining SaaS products.
• Familiarity with monitoring, observability, or performance optimization tools.
• Previous collaboration with Cloud or Platform engineering teams.
