About the Role

As a Senior Full Stack Developer & DevOps Engineer, you will operate in a dual-capacity role combining full-stack software development with DevOps leadership. You will design, develop, and deploy modern cloud-native applications while owning the automation, scalability, and security of the infrastructure that powers them.

You'll work across the full stack—building APIs, designing front-end interfaces, and driving infrastructure-as-code for high-performance deployments. You'll be expected to mentor junior developers, lead by example with best practices, and contribute to the strategic direction of DevOps tooling and cloud infrastructure.

This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is equally passionate about writing clean code and maintaining robust infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Full Stack Development (50%)

  • Design, build, test, and maintain full-stack applications using C#, Python, or TypeScript and modern frontend technologies.

  • Create reusable components and clean architecture patterns while ensuring scalability and performance.

  • Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using serverless or containerized frameworks.

  • Collaborate with designers, analysts, and product stakeholders to deliver features from concept to deployment.

  • Incorporate AI/ML models, automation, and analytics into product experiences when relevant.

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and code reviews while mentoring junior engineers.

DevOps & Cloud Infrastructure (50%)

  • Architect and maintain AWS infrastructure using AWS CDK (TypeScript) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

  • Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, AWS CodeBuild, and AWS Amplify.

  • Manage IAM, security policies, and compliance with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST CSF.

  • Monitor infrastructure health via CloudWatch and implement observability best practices.

  • Support containerized environments using Docker and manage deployment workflows.

  • Integrate data services like SageMaker, Glue, and Redshift; develop and maintain MLOps pipelines.

  • Write and maintain documentation supporting DevOps practices and infrastructure components.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3+ years in a DevOps or infrastructure-focused role.

  • Strong backend development skills in C#, Python, or TypeScript.

  • Proficiency with frontend technologies and modern frameworks.

  • Deep experience with AWS services including VPC, ECS Fargate, S3, EC2, and Redshift.

  • Hands-on experience with AWS CDK (TypeScript) and GitHub Actions for CI/CD.

  • Skilled in building secure, scalable cloud-native applications using IaC.

  • Proficient with SQL and NoSQL databases and containerization using Docker.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and mentoring abilities.

  • Comfortable working in Agile, cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-Have

  • AWS Bedrock or SageMaker for AI/ML integration.

  • AWS Certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer).

  • Familiarity with LangChain, Databricks, LLM agents, or other emerging AI stacks.

  • Experience in FinTech or Financial Services industries.

  • Exposure to Salesforce integrations and data engineering workflows.
