The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for a technical leader with a strong background in C#/.NET, React, and cloud-based architecture. You will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions to thousands of users. As a key member of the team, you will design and build features across the full stack, helping to evolve our microservices and ensure our platform remains reliable as we grow.
What You'll Do:
- Design & Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable, cloud-native SaaS applications using C# (.NET Core) and React.
- API & Microservices: Develop and maintain robust RESTful APIs and microservices that power our platform.
- Data Architecture: Architect, optimize, and maintain both SQL and NoSQL data solutions to support high-performance operations.
- Infrastructure Implementation: Implement scalable infrastructure leveraging AWS services (e.g., Lambda, RDS, ECS, S3).
- Collaboration: Work closely with product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver new features and improvements.
- Technical Leadership: Drive technical decision-making and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of growth.
- Quality Standards: Maintain high standards of code quality, comprehensive testing, and performance optimization.
Our Core Tooling & Concepts:
- Backend: C# (.NET Core), RESTful APIs, Microservices
- Frontend: React, Modern Web Interfaces
- Cloud: AWS (Lambda, RDS, ECS, S3)
- Database: SQL (PostgreSQL, SQL Server), NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB)
- DevOps: Docker, CI/CD Pipelines
- Concepts: SaaS Architecture, Multitenancy, System Scalability, Cloud-native design
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 10+ years of professional software development experience.
- Expertise: Expert-level knowledge of C#/.NET Core and React.
- Architecture: Proven experience with REST API design and microservices architecture.
- Cloud Platforms: Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, specifically AWS.
- Database Proficiency: Proficient with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Modern Practices: Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.
- SaaS Knowledge: Solid understanding of SaaS architecture, multitenancy, and system scalability.
- Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Bonus Skills and Experience:
- Experience in a SaaS or multi-tenant environment at scale.
- Familiarity with event-driven systems, serverless functions, or message queues.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform).
