POSITION: PRICING & COMPENSATION COORDINATOR

ROLE PURPOSE

Lead the design and implementation of compensation models, salary structures, job evaluation processes, and pricing methodologies. The role ensures strategic, consistent, and financially sound decisions that support the business.

REQUIREMENTS

Education:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and update salary structures and compensation policies
  • Conduct market benchmarking and salary analysis
  • Lead job evaluation and job classification projects
  • Maintain updated job descriptions
  • Develop pricing strategies aligned with profitability and commercial goals
  • Analyze financial impact of commercial proposals
  • Coordinate with HR and Commercial teams on compensation and pricing initiatives
  • Stay updated on best practices in compensation and pricing
  • Prepare executive reports and presentations
  • Lead and guide multidisciplinary teams
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements in compensation matters
