Job Description:

We are looking for a professional and motivated individual to handle inbound and outbound calls for our interior-design Focused business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer inbound calls and provide knowledgeable support on interior design services and products
  • Make outbound calls for follow-ups, consultations, and sales opportunities
  • Assist in closing sales and converting inquiries into bookings or purchases
  • Handle client questions, issues, and concerns professionally
  • Keep organized notes, records, and follow-up schedules
  • Perform light administrative work (data entry, email management, updating client files)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in interior design, home décor, or familiarity with industry terminology
  • Sales experience or demonstrated ability as a closer
  • Proven managerial or supervisory experience, with the ability to lead a team effectively
  • Strong initiative and the ability to work independently without constant supervision
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members
  • Problem-solving mindset, able to identify challenges and implement solutions proactively
  • Adaptability and flexibility, comfortable working in a rapidly growing company with evolving responsibilities
  • Professional attitude, with a commitment to supporting company goals and contributing to long-term growth
