The
Digital Acquisition Lead
will own our paid media and digital acquisition strategy, driving qualified traffic, revenue growth, and brand visibility across key platforms such as
Meta and Google Ads
.
This role sits at the intersection of
performance marketing, analytics, and e-commerce
, working closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure our digital channels efficiently convert interest into long-term customers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Acquisition Strategy & Paid Media Performance
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid media strategies across
Meta and Google Ads
to meet acquisition and revenue targets. - Own full-funnel acquisition performance, from awareness to conversion.
- Ensure efficient budget allocation based on performance and ROAS.
2. Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Manage and continuously optimize paid campaigns to improve
CTR, Conversion Rate, CPA, and ROAS
. - Test creatives, audiences, formats, and landing pages to scale winning strategies.
- Stay up to date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends.
3. Analytics, Attribution & Insights
- Implement and refine
attribution models
to accurately measure performance across channels. - Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and growth levers.
- Deliver clear, actionable performance reports to Marketing and leadership teams.
4. Website & Conversion Ownership
- Own the
website content and sales strategy
, ensuring product information, pricing, and inventory are accurate and aligned with brand and marketing goals. - Collaborate with Product and Marketing to improve
conversion rate optimization (CRO)
. - Ensure landing pages are optimized for paid traffic and SEO performance.
5. Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing to align acquisition efforts with campaigns, launches, and brand messaging.
- Coordinate with Sales to ensure lead quality and traffic relevance.
- Collaborate with SEO and Content teams to strengthen organic and paid synergies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns on
Meta and Google Ads
. - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into growth actions.
- Solid understanding of
attribution models, funnel metrics, and performance marketing KPIs
. - Experience working with
GA4, Google Search Console
, and reporting dashboards. - Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly in fast-changing digital environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in
e-commerce, DTC, B2B, or subscription-based businesses
. - Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and CRO best practices.
- Experience working in
high-growth or startup environments
. - Hands-on experience managing website content and product catalogs.
