Their business model is relationship-driven, leveraging social media, primarily Facebook and direct sales to scale through advanced systems, automation, and high-level lead generation strategies.

They are highly results-oriented and focused on moving beyond warm-market sales into structured, scalable, and data-driven acquisition systems.

About The Role
We're looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist with real experience in network marketing / MLM environments. This is an execution-focused role with growth potential, ideal for someone who understands the culture, psychology, and duplication model of network marketing and can turn strategy into systems that convert

This is not a purely creative role. It requires structure, ownership, follow-through, and comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple initiatives at once.

You'll work closely with leadership to implement advanced marketing strategies, build and optimize funnels, and support personal branding efforts across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Marketing & Lead Generation: Develop and execute advanced "Phase Two" marketing strategies focused on attraction marketing, personal branding, and high-ticket lead generation once warm markets are exhausted
• Paid Advertising Management: Build, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns (primarily Meta/Facebook Ads) using strong video hooks and messaging designed to attract high-value customers and potential business partners
• Personal Branding Development: Support leaders as a personal brand developer by creating tailored content strategies, video outlines, caption overlays, and messaging aligned with individual personalities and expertise
• Funnels & Automation: Design, implement, and manage full-cycle funnels and automations using platforms such as GoHighLevel or to convert cold traffic into qualified, engaged prospects
• Data & Optimization: Use advanced targeting and analytics tools (Facebook Pixel, Google Apps, Tableau, etc.) to track performance, refine audiences, and continuously improve conversion rates

Requirements
Must-Have Experience

• Proven background in network marketing, MLM, or direct sales (portfolio required) with a deep understanding of duplication models, culture, and industry challenges
• Advanced digital marketing skills including social media marketing, personal branding, paid ads, and complex funnel building
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as GoHighLevel, , or similar
• Strong technical comfort across social platforms (Reels, Stories, Posts), training tools (Zoom, Loom, Skool/School), CRMs, and Google Apps
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-accountability, fast-moving environment

Language Skills

• Bilingual English & Spanish preferred, especially to support and scale LATAM markets (Chile, Peru, Mexico, Colombia)
