About the Job

We are looking for a motivated fully bilingual (English–Spanish) attorney — recent graduate or junior professional — with a strong interest in U.S. law and a proactive learning mindset. The role will support U.S.-based legal teams by managing documentation, coordinating case workflows, and ensuring timely client and provider communication.

This role offers full training, professional growth, and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, bilingual environment aligned with international legal operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily operational and administrative support for U.S.-based legal matters
  • Coordinate the collection and organization of case-related documentation and records
  • Manage scheduling and tracking of case activities, follow-ups, and key deadlines
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, service providers, and U.S. legal teams
  • Draft and update internal reports, summaries, and case notes within the case management system
  • Ensure accuracy, responsiveness, and consistency in service delivery
  • Report case status and relevant developments to Lead and Senior Attorneys for alignment and follow-up

Qualifications

  • Law degree (completed in Colombia)
  • English proficiency: Full Professional Proficiency
  • Strong interest in U.S. legal systems and procedures
  • Residing in Bogotá, Colombia

What We Offer

  • Monthly salary: COP $4,500,000
