As a
Carrier Sales Representative
, you'll be a key player in ensuring customer freight is expertly matched with reliable carriers, and delivered on time, every time.

We're looking for a motivated, competitive, and growth-oriented professional ready to build relationships, solve problems, and drive results.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Build and manage your own
    book of business
  • Develop carrier relationships through
    cold calling, referrals, and lead generation
  • Source, negotiate, and book
    freight with cost efficiency in mind
  • Track and trace shipments to ensure on-time pickup and delivery
  • Communicate updates and carrier issues to internal sales teams
  • Accurately document capacity and movement using a TMS system
  • Collect and process
    proof of delivery
    documents

What We're Looking For:

  • English level:
    B2 or higher
  • Experience:
  • 2–3 years in
    sales or customer service
    preferred
  • Knowledge of transportation/logistics is a plus
  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or Communication preferred
  • Skills & Traits:
