Mission

  • Support CarbS and Cross-Selling Commercial Operations in Latam accounts.
  • Provide commercial service to CarbSol Latam on different types of customers, including food & Beverages, Bio-solutions, Alcohols and Baking solutions, etc.
  • Execute an Administrative Auxiliar role for Carbohydrate Solutions Business Unit in Colombia
  • Responsible for supply chain coordination for ADM sales team (CarbS + Nutrition)

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Main role as an ADM Customer Support Representative located in Colombia
  • Permanent interaction with client's support areas / International business ADM interaction as well
  • Monitoring from creation of NEW customers in the system, paperworks focused.
  • Coordination for international trading for sales. Process and Coordinate Customer's PO

Requirements

  • You don't have to come from a specific industry.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Desirable to know B2B ingredients market in Latam.
  • I nternational trading Experience or B2B commercial support.
  • Knowledge of imports trading / Supply Chain / Customer Service
  • Experience in Salesforce, Concur, other corporate apps.

Other Skills

  • Spanish / Portuguese (desirable) / English (fluent skilled)
  • International trading experienced or know How
  • Colombian Imports process know how
  • Inventory management
  • Outstanding Communications skills
