We're Hiring Junior Accountant – Industrial Sector | Bogotá, Colombia

Are you a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with experience in international accounting and financial reporting in English? This opportunity is for you

Location: Ac. 26 #92-32, Bogotá

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Work Mode: On-site for the first 6 months, with the possibility of hybrid work afterward

Salary: To be defined

Benefits: Prepaid medical plan (60% covered for employee / 30% for family members)

Role Overview:

  • We're looking for a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with 2 to 5 years of experience in roles such as accountant, accounting analyst, treasurer, or similar. Key qualifications include:
  • Experience in international accounting, financial legislation, and IFRS standards
  • Strong skills in financial and accounting reporting in English (B2 level)
  • Background in monthly closings, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial analysis
  • Ability to interact with international teams and present reports in English
  • Proficiency in tools like Excel, accounting systems, and Power BI (preferred)
  • US GAP Experience

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly group reports under IFRS for financial closings
  • Record journal entries, perform reconciliations, and analyze financial data
  • Ensure accurate accounting management for financial reporting
