Duties And Responsibilities

General Ledger
- Prepare financial records for assigned countries as directed by the LATAM Accounting Manager.
- Ensure all balance sheet accounts are reconciled or cleared monthly.
- Perform and maintain general ledger account reconciliations.
- Compose miscellaneous journal entries.
- Reconcile and clear suspense accounts.
Reconciliation with Third Parties
- Reconcile M&N financials with local financial statements provided by outsourcing partners in each country.
- Ensure reconciliation items are resolved through necessary adjustments or reclassifications.
Other Duties

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related field required
- Experience: 1 year public or private accounting
- Proficiency in MS Office (emphasis on Excel and Word).
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal/written communication skills in English (C1 and above)
- All new hires will be required to successfully complete and pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check in compliance with NIST
Physical demands
Sedentary role, however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bending or standing on a stool as necessary.
