This is a remote position.

Scheduled: Monday - Friday 12 PM - 3 PM EST

Job Description: You'll play a pivotal role in transforming a growing professional services company's brand presence in the B2B space. This is your opportunity to build thought leadership and establish market recognition for a company that brings business professionals together through peer networking. You'll craft compelling LinkedIn content and professional marketing materials that resonate with decision-makers and business leaders, directly supporting the company's growth through strategic brand awareness campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow the company's LinkedIn presence with consistent, professional content
  • Create engaging brand messaging and thought leadership content for B2B audiences
  • Develop and distribute newsletters to existing clients and prospects
  • Write original content based on industry insights and company guidance
  • Schedule social media posts and actively engage with professional audiences
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide strategic recommendations for market positioning
  • Design visual content using Canva or CapCut for professional social media platforms
  • Support additional administrative tasks across multiple business ventures as needed
  • Develop content strategies that increase brand recognition and support outbound marketing efforts
Requirements
  • Proven experience managing social media for B2B companies, specifically LinkedIn
  • Strong content creation and professional writing skills
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Canva or CapCut
  • Portfolio demonstrating previous social media management and content creation work
  • Understanding of professional business environments and B2B marketing
  • Experience creating newsletters and email marketing content
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Bonus if you have experience with peer networking or professional services industries
  • It helps if you have marketing or communications background
