Título del Cargo: Call Center Representative

Ubicación: Medellín CAMACOL - Cra 63 # 49ª-31, Edificio Camacol Barrio El Estadio. Piso 9

Horario: M - F // 7:30 A.m. to 5:00 P.m. // CST

Inglés Requerido: B2+/C1

Responsabilidades Clave:

  1. Recibir y priorizar todas las llamadas telefónicas entrantes.
  2. Servir como el primer punto de contacto para consultas, preocupaciones o quejas de los clientes y escalar problemas según sea necesario.
  3. Procesar suministros/recargas de oxígeno y proporcionar soporte de envío según sea necesario.
  4. Crear órdenes de servicio/tickets y comunicarse con el despacho sobre solicitudes/estado de llamadas de servicio.
  5. Realizar entrada de datos básica y avanzada, demostrando capacidad para aprender nuevos programas informáticos.
