Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Barranquilla - Celer Office - Cra. 53 #76-115 and Medellin Murano (Calle 40 sur #41-44) Envigado

Modality: Hybrid (after training and good performance)

Start Date: October 24

Schedule:

* Available Monday to Sunday

* Hours: 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 a.m.

* Schedule: 44 hours per week

* 2 days off per week

* Hybrid: 3 days home office + 2 days on-site

What will you do?

You'll be part of the team that embodies Nordstrom's passion for people, providing phone and chat support for shopping, orders, promotions, and more.

Responsibilities:

* Customer service via phone and chat

* Assistance with shopping and orders

* Constant product and process updates

* KPI compliance

* Collaboration with internal teams

* Accurate interaction logging

* Punctuality and engagement

* Professional multi-channel communication
