Job Description

We're looking for a Display Operations Coordinator LATAM to join our team in Bogota and help shape the future of contextual advertising as we continue to expand globally.

Your Challenge
  • Ensure clarity and completeness of all incoming design briefs before production begins, validating specifications, assets, and contextual information.
  • Act as a key connection point between commercial teams and the design workflow, ensuring requests are clearly defined, prioritized, and properly tracked.
  • Maintain and monitor the ticketing system, tracking progress, identifying risks, and providing visibility into workflow status.
  • Support prioritization based on SLAs and available capacity, especially during high-volume or peak activity periods.
  • Help balance workload by reorganizing queues and supporting operational stability across the design pipeline.
  • Reduce misunderstandings and prevent avoidable rework by proactively resolving missing or unclear information.
  • Support internal documentation, reporting, and cross-team communication to reinforce global standards and best practices.
  • Escalate operational risks or process issues to the Display Operations Lead when needed.

What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Previous experience in operations, project coordination, or digital production environments.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail, particularly when managing multiple requests simultaneously.
  • Ability to maintain structure, clarity, and accuracy in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with Design, Sales, and CSM teams.
  • Strong prioritization skills and a practical understanding of SLA-driven workflows.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the discipline to follow and reinforce established processes.
  • Comfort working in a support role that has a significant impact on team efficiency and operational stability.
