Global Head of Display Operations
to join our team in Bogotá and help shape the future of contextual advertising as we continue to expand globally.

Founded by two ex-Googlers in 2014, we've grown to over 700 Seedtaggers across 17 countries, raising €250M to revolutionize digital advertising.

Your Challenge

  • Define, implement, and maintain global display operations standards, including workflows, SLAs, escalation paths, and communication frameworks across all regions.
  • Ensure consistent interpretation and execution of the global operating model by regional teams, despite differences in market size, volume, and complexity.
  • Monitor global operational performance to identify systemic risks, recurring issues, and structural inefficiencies, proactively driving process improvements.
  • Support regions facing high-impact or complex campaigns by providing operational guidance and reinforcing global best practices.
  • Enable cross-regional capacity balancing and alignment, helping prevent bottlenecks and operational friction.
  • Collaborate closely with Display Operations Leads to ensure daily operations align with global standards and expectations.
  • Partner with the Group Technical Design Head to integrate tools, templates, and technical workflows into a scalable global creative system.
  • Act as a key operational stakeholder, working with Sales, CSM, and Design leadership to ensure alignment between operational execution and commercial goals.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Extensive experience in creative operations, digital production, or operational leadership within adtech or digital advertising environments.
  • Strong understanding of global operational frameworks, including SLAs, workflows, and cross-regional process design.
  • Proven ability to analyze operational data and translate insights into scalable, practical solutions.
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment without direct people management.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bring clarity across distributed, cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on operational approach, particularly in complex or high-pressure environments.
  • Ability to balance global consistency with local market realities, ensuring predictable and efficient execution at scale.
