As an Accounting Assistant, you will play a key role in managing the company's financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our accounting records. We are seeking a responsible, trustworthy, and well-organized individual with a strong command of Excel and accounting systems. This is a long-term role with room for growth within a company that values precision, reliability, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and issue client invoices accurately and on schedule.

  • Track incoming payments and follow up on outstanding balances.

  • Maintain and regularly update accounting databases.

  • Handle company bank transfers and ensure proper documentation.

  • Lead the preparation and execution of annual financial closings and reporting.

  • Manage and maintain records of financial accounts related to the CEO.

  • Ensure accurate bookkeeping and assist with monthly account reconciliations.

  • Collaborate with accounting teams across our main office locations on financial projects and internal trainings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in accounting, billing, or financial administration.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, formulas, and financial reporting).

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong integrity and a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a distributed team environment.

  • Knowledge of international accounting standards or multi-entity structures.

Additional Information

  • Contractual Arrangement: Successful candidates will be engaged as freelancers and will invoice Flying Seahorse for their services.

  • Salary and Bonus: The position offers a fixed monthly salary of €1,100, with the possibility of additional performance-based bonuses.

  • Training: Candidates should be willing to learn about the private luxury aviation industry. All positions will receive training to gain a comprehensive understanding of the industry and improve their accounting skills.

  • Location: REMOTE. Candidates should be based in any LATAM country, but they must have excellent English.
