We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate is a Level 1–2 Accountant with experience in QuickBooks Enterprise, AR/AP, account reconciliations, and multi-company operations. Strong English communication skills (spoken, written, and reading) are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare financial statements and AR aging reports.
- Reconcile bank, credit card, and vendor accounts.
- Manage full-cycle AR/AP, including invoicing, payment processing, and vendor follow-up.
- Support audits, tax preparation, and additional finance-related projects.
Requirements
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise.
- Experience in account reconciliations and AR/AP processes.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Fluent English communication (speaking, reading, writing).
Preferred Qualifications
- Level 1–2 Accounting experience or equivalent.
- Accounting experience for US based companies.
- Experience with multi-company accounting.
- Familiarity with ADP or general payroll processes.
